Hernan Lopez and Carlos Martinez, two former US entertainment giant and marketing firm Full Play Group, denied the charges before US judge Pamela Chen in Brooklyn during a phone trial.
Former FIFA officials of Twenty First Century Fox and representatives of a sports marketing company in South America denied criminal charges on Thursday, the International Football Association (FIFA) said.
On Monday, the three were charged with electronic fraud and conspiracy to launder money, while another Foul Play Group company was charged with graft.
The prosecution has accused the three and their conspirators of bribing soccer officials to obtain sports broadcasting and marketing rights for tournaments, the use of fictitious companies and fake consulting contracts to evade justice.
These are the latest allegations of widespread corruption around FIFA revealed by the US authorities in May 2015
